A great location but a falling tide is important as there is a real possibility of being cut off here. The tide was lower than ideal when I visited. 2 hours before sunset the best ledges and fingers of rock were at the water’s edge but by the time the better light came the receding tide line was down to a more difficult chaotic area. This is my favourite shot a few minutes before sunset. I always spend some time making tidal height notes after each visit (make sure your camera clock is correct) so that I can hit better tide heights next time I visit.
