A dramatic moody sky at Crackington Haven and the sun in a great position. An unexpectedly high wave had us temporarily up to our waists in water! Along with Trebarwith Strand I find the North Cornwall beaches seem to be more unpredictable and therefore requiring even more caution than beaches elsewhere.
