Lulworth Cove

On a previous visit to Lulworth Cove I knew that these ledges looked good at a 0.7m tide level, on this workshop I knew the tide was higher but at 1.3m it was still low enough to get some lovely images of the twisted limestone ribs which lead the eye nicely. It was a spring tide and so the tide came in pretty quickly and by the time I left 20 minutes after sunset I could only just get back around the corner to safe ground. 1.6m appears to be the limit for this shot!
