Stuck in the Mud

After a failed attempt at mist at Rockford I diverted to Rhinefield hoping that there might be misty backdrops and sun rays being highlighted by the moisture in the air. As I moved the car over to get off the road I was horrified to feel my near side wheels slip into a shallow ditch and I was stuck. I rang for breakdown assistance and as I was holding to speak to an operator I could see the sun burning off the mist and sending beams through the pine trees. The operator said the RAC would be an hour and I grabbed my bag and headed off into the trees.
